Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

When you place an order, shipping and delivery dates for you will be based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. 

Our handling time is up to 3-6 business days after ordering and Australia post can range from 2-6 business days after posting. Please allow approx. 9 - 13 business days for delivery.


As per COVID-19 restrictions our online store remains open to supply you. However we are adhering to all measures recommended for staff & customer safety. We are working with less staff & have a lot of orders to process so ask for your patience for longer than usual processing time which is now between 5 - 10 business days.
Express Post is a postage option not a rush order fee. Please note that Australia Post is reporting delays with shipping for both domestic & international deliveries.


Any Items not available or delayed will be placed on back order and sent within two weeks or a refund or replacement will be offered.


Please also note that the shipping rates for items we sell are weight-based, you can get approx 50 small items for the base postage costs of $8.95
