1. Purchase Repair
Postage selection at checkout
1. Pickup - no cost (Pick up item upon completion)
2. Post - Regular or Express (Cost for sending item back upon completion)
2. Send Item for restring by mail/drop off to easybeads, 70 Anglesey Street, Seymour Victoria (recommend post with tracking)
3. Item is assessed for any additional costs, if required quote will be provided, and authorisation for go ahead obtained with payment
4. Repair completed
1. Pickup - Customer notified item ready for pick up
2. Post - Item posted back to customer with tracking
