Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a Store credit. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.), along with a refund for the item.
You should expect to receive your Store credit within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive it more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days)

Shipping
Current processing time is now between 5 - 7 business days. (not including weekends or public holidays)
When you place an order, shipping and delivery dates for you will be based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose.
Our handling time is 5-7 business days after ordering
Please also note that the shipping rates for items we sell are weight-based, you can get approx 50 small items for the base postage costs.
BACKORDERS
Any Items not available or delayed will be placed on back order (at the time of packing) and sent within two weeks of the original postage date via regular post.
If back order items are not available after two weeks of your original postage date, the following options will apply.
1. Continue to wait (to be sent via regular post only)
2. Refund/store credit or
3. Replacement item of the same value (to be sent via regular post only)
